Customer’s responsibility
It is your responsibility to give correct information regarding name and address. Please note that if you are uncertain about the delivery address, contact us beforehand in order to make sure we have all the information we need before we go ahead with your order.
In case the item is undelivered due to one of the above reasons, we will have to wait for it to be returned to our distribution center and then we will send it back to you. This will increase the delivery time a lot.

Corsetnow.com partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience. We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers, so not everything comes from the US. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal, credit and debit cards. Payment must be received within seven days after the purchase. In the event payment is not received, we will send you a request to cancel the transaction.
What if the item is not as described in the listing, arrives damaged, it is malfunctioning or is missing parts?
In the unlikely event of your item is not as described in the listing, arriving in damaged condition, malfunctioning or missing something that was detailed in the listing, please do not hesitate to contact us via admin@corsetnow.comin order for our customer service team to help you.
What about leaving feedback?
Our commitment is to offer the highest customer-service standards. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know at admin@corsetnow.combefore leaving feedback and we will do our best to resolve any problems you may have.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :) 
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
